Wi-Fi Card Terminal Not Connecting to the Internet or Disconnecting
For A50, A77, A910, A920, A920 Pro Terminals:
Go to the VW POS application menu.
Open the menu from the left side. System > Settings > Network Settings > Wifi > Wifi Network Settings
For Google Android Terminals:
Pull down the menu and tap the Wi-Fi icon.
Check Wi-Fi Connection:
If the terminal is not connected to Wi-Fi, check if the wireless network is password-protected and operating on the 2.4 GHz band.
To see this information, tap the Wi-Fi name, and you will find the relevant details in the menu.
Note: The Wi-Fi must be on the 2.4 GHz band and password-protected for the terminal to connect.
Troubleshooting Steps:
If there is no connection:
Try connecting to another available network. If there’s still no connection, contact customer support.
If there is a Wi-Fi connection but no network connection:
Select the name of the network you are connected to and tap "Forget Network." Try reconnecting, ensuring the password is correct. If you receive "Connection Failed," contact customer support.
If using a Static IP:
Do not select "Forget Network." Instead, try connecting to another Wi-Fi network.
In any case, if you can connect to a different network, there is no issue with the terminal itself.
