Activation via Web Browser
To successfully complete a money transfer using the IRIS Payments service, you must first activate it either through a web browser or via the viva.com mobile app. To activate the service, you must have enabled your IBAN on your account.
On the homepage, select "Transfers" and then "IRIS Payments."
Choose "Register for IRIS Payments."
Specify the account where the amounts transferred via IRIS Payments will be credited, ensure your mobile phone number and VAT number (if you have a professional account) are correctly listed, and click "Save."
Confirm your registration.
Your registration for the "IRIS Payments" service is complete.
Activation via the viva.com Mobile App

At the bottom of the screen, select "Settings" and then "IRIS Payments."
Tap "Register for IRIS Payments."

The service has been successfully activated.
