Sales Export

Updated yesterday

This report gives you detailed information about your sales over a selected period, even across several months. It includes data like Card Type, Card Number, Card Country, Currency, Transaction ID, Amount and more. It's not just for viewing daily sales, it also helps with deeper analysis and understanding of your business trends.

How to Export and Download a Sales Report

  1. from the Dashboard click on Reports

  2. Click on Sales Export

  3. Choose a Date Range

  4. View or Export the Report

    • Click Search to view the report in a table below, or

    • Click Export to Excel to download the report as a CSV file.

Note: The export may take some time. You’ll get a notification in your dashboard feed once the file is ready.

Open the Exported CSV File

Use your preferred application to open the CSV file.

Note: The data in the file is separated using semicolon (;) characters.

In case you use Microsoft Excel (Optional)

  • Open the file in Excel.

  • Select the first column.

  • Go to the Data tab.

  • Click Text to Columns under the Data Tools section.

  • Choose Delimited, then click Next.

  • Select Semicolon as the delimiter, then click Finish.
