Once you have activated the IRIS Payments service on your account, you can transfer money either online via a web browser, through the viva.com mobile app, or via IRIS QR. The maximum allowable transfer limit through the IRIS Payments service is €500 per day. If you exceed this limit, the transaction will not be completed.

Transfer via Web Browser
On the homepage, select "Transfers" and then "IRIS Payments."
Choose the type of account (personal or business) to which you want to transfer the money.
Enter the recipient's mobile phone number or VAT number (if transferring money to a business account) and click "Continue."
You will receive a push notification on your registered mobile phone to authorize the transfer via the viva.com App.
Tap "Authorize," and the transfer via IRIS Payments will be successfully completed.
Transfer via the viva.com Mobile App
At the bottom of the screen, select "Payments" and then "IRIS Payments."
Choose the type of account (personal or business) to which you want to transfer the money.
Enter the recipient's mobile phone number or VAT number (if transferring money to a business account) and tap "Continue."
You will receive a push notification on your registered mobile phone to authorize the transfer via the viva.com Mobile App.
Tap "Authorize" and the transfer via IRIS Payments will be successfully completed.
Transfer via IRIS QR
Select "Payments" and then "IRIS QR Scanning."
Scan the QR code using the viva.com mobile app.
Once the QR code is scanned, the details of the person/merchant (store) and the transfer amount will appear.
Select the debit account and tap "Continue."
You will receive a push notification on your registered mobile phone to authorize the transfer via the viva.com Mobile App.
Tap "Authorize" and the transfer via IRIS Payments will be successfully completed.
What is the fee for transferring money via IRIS Payments?
There are no transfer costs for using the IRIS Payments service.
Professionals and Sole Proprietorships can view the applicable fees for payments received via the IRIS Payments service in the viva.com pricelist.
Can I use IRIS without an IBAN?
An IBAN is required for the IRIS service.
Important!
Payments received via IRIS count towards the 0% fee reduction program of viva.com. This means that by spending the money received through IRIS on business expenses, we will refund the corresponding fee to you.
