Creating an additional business account on Viva.com is a simple and quick process, allowing you to manage multiple businesses separately through the same platform. Follow the steps below to easily add a new account and take full advantage of the benefits of our platform.
Sign in to your existing account
Log in with your personal passwords on Viva.com.
Create a new Merchant Account
On the home screen, select "Create Merchant Account" to begin the process of creating your new business account.
You will be asked to provide the following information about the business for which the new account is being created:
Business type
Business name
Legal entity type (e.g. GP, Ltd, SA, etc.)
Registration number / GEMI
Country of incorporation
Trading name (the name shown on receipts and bank statements)
Business category
Tax Identification Number (TIN)
You will then be able to log in to your new account and complete the onboarding process.
