After submitting your request, we will contact you via email regarding the outcome.
If approved, the application will need to be updated.
➽ Supported Terminals and Services
You can perform a pre-authorization regardless of your customer's card currency, provided their card issuer supports pre-authorizations. The pre-authorization function is supported on the following terminals:
Android Terminals: A920 Pro, A920, A910, A80, A50, A77
Ciontek Terminals: CS50C, CS30PRO, CS30PRO with a professional scanner

Important Notes
The pre-authorization function in e-commerce is available only when using the Smart Checkout solution.
The pre-authorization function is not available for recurring payments or installments via card.
