In most cases, you do not need to upload business documents. Viva.com automatically retrieves the required business details from the relevant national Business Registry.
You will, however, need a valid identification document to complete your identity verification. Depending on your company structure or the information available in the Business Registry, we may ask you for additional information or documents.

After logging in to your Viva.com account, follow the identity verification provider's instructions and use a valid identification document to complete the process.
How we verify your business details
Once you provide your company's legal name, your business details are automatically retrieved from the national Business Registry, including:
incorporation date
registration number
address
legal form
business activity
legal representative(s)
shareholding structure
Make sure your information in the Business Registry is up to date.
When additional information may be required
For companies with multiple stakeholders, we may need identity documents for major stakeholders, including those with an ownership stake of 25% or more. Requirements relating to voting rights.
If you are not the company's legal representative, authorization from the legal representative is required to open and manage the account.
If we cannot retrieve your business details automatically, or if additional information is required, our Onboarding team will contact you with instructions on the next steps.
