As long as your information is up to date in the Business Registry, you do not need to upload any documents to have a fully functional account ready to start receiving payments.

All you need to do is the Identity Verification!

Verifying your identity is straightforward and takes just a few minutes. After logging into your account, follow the ID provider's instructions to complete the process using a valid identification document, viva.com will do everything else!


Easy Business Details Collection

To ensure a seamless customer experience during registration, once the company legal name is provided, your business details (incorporation date, registration number, address, legal form, business activity, name of the legal representative(s) and shareholding structure) will be automatically retrieved from the national Business Registries.

The account verification for a multi-stakeholder companies might require:

  • Stakeholder Information: In some cases, the identity document of major stakeholders, including ownership stakes (25% ownership or more) or voting rights needs to be provided.

Note: If you are not the company’s legal representative an authorization from the legal representative will be required to open and manage the account.
