Adding funds to your Viva.com Account

Your Viva.com Account can be funded in different ways depending on your needs.

You may need to add funds to:

  • process customer refunds,

  • ensure employees have enough balance on their cards,

  • or activate subscriptions and other account services.

Ways to add funds

➡️Instantly add funds using a card

  1. Log in to your Viva.com Account.

  2. Select Deposit money.

  3. Choose By Card.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.

Important: Card top-ups include fees calculated based on the transaction amount. We recommend using this option occasionally and mainly for smaller amounts.


➡️Add funds via bank transfer

  1. Log in to your Viva.com Account.

  2. Select Deposit money.

  3. Choose Bank Transfer.

  4. You will see the bank transfer details needed to send money from another bank account to your Viva.com Account.

Important availability information

Incoming bank transfers are currently unavailable in:

  • Czech Republic

  • Denmark

  • Hungary

  • Poland

  • Romania

  • Sweden

  • Norway

In these countries, IBAN functionality is not available.

In some cases, alternative solutions may be offered. Please contact your account manager for more information.
