How can I pay my bills through Viva.com? (GR only)

Important!

Bill payment orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.

Before submitting a payment:

  • Make sure the RF code is entered correctly.

  • Enter the exact amount shown on the bill.

  • Ensure your account has enough available balance to complete the payment.

If there is a problem with the payment

  • If you attempt to pay an expired bill, the payment may not be completed and the amount may be refunded to your account.

  • If you enter the wrong amount, or the payment is completed but the bill still appears unpaid, contact the bill issuer directly for clarification or payment confirmation.

You can pay your bills through your Viva.com Account (web browser) or via the Viva.com app on your mobile device.

Pay a bill from your Viva.com Account (web browser)

Option 1:

  1. Log in to your Viva.com Account.

  2. Select Pay bills.

  3. Enter the RF code in the Pay with RF code field.

  4. Click Pay.

Option 2:

  1. Log in to your Viva.com Account.

  2. Select Pay bills.

  3. Select the organisation you want to pay.

  4. Enter the Payment Code and Amount.

  5. Select Continue.


  6. Choose the account you want to use for the payment.

  7. Select Pay with Viva.com.


  8. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your mobile phone.

  9. Click Continue.

Processing times

Payment processing times vary depending on the payment type. The applicable timeframe is displayed when you select the payment order.

Pay a bill using the Viva.com app

  1. Open the Viva.com app.

  2. Tap the third icon in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Select Pay Bills.

  4. Choose one of the following methods:

    • Scan the bill using your device camera to automatically capture the information.

    • Enter the payment details manually.

  5. Confirm the payment.
