Important!
It is not possible to cancel a bill payment order, so please carefully check the details before confirming.
Make sure you have correctly entered the RF code and that the payment amount is exactly as stated on the respective bill.
Also, check that the balance in your account is sufficient to complete the transaction.
In the event that:
You attempt to pay an expired bill, the payment may not be completed and the amount may be refunded to your account.
You entered the wrong amount, or the payment was completed but the bill still appears as unpaid, then you will need to contact the bill issuer directly for clarification or payment confirmation.

You can pay your bills through your viva.com Account (web browser) or via the viva.com app on your mobile device.

To pay a bill via your viva.com account, follow the steps below: Login to your viva.com account
Select Pay Bills > Pay with RF code and Pay
or alternatively
Select Pay Bills, the category of the Organisation you want, and the Organisation
Fill in the code and the amount, and select Continue
Choose the account from which you will pay the amount and select Pay with Viva.com
Enter the code that will be sent to your mobile phone and select Continue
Each payment type has a specific time frame within which it is executed. The corresponding time frame is displayed once you have selected the payment order you are interested in.

Open the viva.com app.
Tap the 3rd shuttle icon (on the bottom bar).
Select Pay Bills.
Scan the bill with the camera to automatically enter information or enter the information manually.
