Change your account administrator

You can request to change the administrator of your Viva.com account.

To submit your request, contact our Support team:

  • via Live Chat, or

  • by emailing support@viva.com from your registered email address.

Information to include in your request

Please provide:

  • Your business name

  • Your business VAT number

  • Your registered mobile phone number

  • The full name of the new administrator

  • The new administrator's mobile phone number

What happens next?

You'll receive an email with an update on the status of your request at your registered email address.
