If you wish to order a new card terminal, follow the steps below:
Visit our shop page viva.com.
Select the card terminal of your wish.
You may choose between the One-Off Payment and the Monthly Subscription.
Click on "Add to Cart" and "Go to Checkout".
You will be asked to either login to your viva.com account or continue as guest.
Submit the order by logging into your viva.com account
Login to Shop (viva.com account Credentials).
Your personal details will be pre-filled after logging into the Account.
Select your business account.
Fill in the Shipping details.
Pay by charging his/her viva.com account.
Review your order and click on "Submit your order".
Please keep in mind that the order will be processed only if there is enough available balance in your business account (Primary).
Your card terminal will be delivered to your chosen address in 1 to 3 business days following the date of payment.
Submit the order as guest
Upon selecting "Continue as guest" you need to fill in your Personal Details and click on "Continue to Billing Details".
Complete the following required fields:
Name and Last Name
Company Name
VAT(for Greece) or Registration Number for other countries
Address details
Mobile number
Select "Continue to Shipping Details".
The Shipping address can be the same as the Billing address or different. The customer proceeds to selecting "Continue to Payment Method".
Fill in your card details to proceed with the purchase.
Review your order, accept viva.com's Terms & Conditions and select "Pay and Place Your Order".
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with the Order details.
Your card terminal will be delivered to your chosen address in 1 to 3 business days following the date of payment.
