You can view information about transactions made in installments in two ways.
➡️Installment Report
The Installment Report allows you to track all completed transactions made in installments, as well as the upcoming amounts to be credited to you each month. This way, you maintain constant control over your finances.
You can find the Installment Report by navigating to the left menu and selecting "Installments" within the "Reports" section. Then, you can choose a date or a range of dates to proceed with the search.
The results can be exported in Excel format.

Alternatively, you can view the relevant information for each transaction by searching for the corresponding transactions. Navigate to the Sales > Sales Transactions section, and then click on the "Details" button.
The number of installments is displayed at the bottom.
It is worth noting that when you process a transaction in installments, the amount corresponding to each installment (minus the fee) is credited to your viva.com account each month.
