How can I close (deactivate) my Viva.com Account?

How to Submit a Deactivation Request

Note: If you have more than one account and do not wish to close them all, you can choose to close only the account(s) you no longer need.

To deactivate your account:

  1. Log in to your Viva.com Account.

  2. Select Chat with us from the menu.

Our team will process your request and guide you through the next steps.


Prerequisite: Zero Balance

To complete your account closure request, your account balance must be zero. If you need assistance bringing your balance to zero, contact us through Chat with us, and our team will guide you through the process.


Protection of Personal Data

Although account deactivation is permanent, we retain your personal data in accordance with applicable laws, so you can feel completely secure.
