How to check if you have purchased or rented your terminal

You can determine whether you have purchased or are paying a subscription for your terminal in the following ways:

  • Search for the purchase or rental confirmation in your registration email. You should have received a relevant email upon completing the purchase or rental process.

  • Check for recurring monthly charges in your viva.com account, under:
    Sales > Sales Transactions or Reports > Monthly Financial Statement
