In order to locate the logs for your WooCommerce plugin:
Log in to WooCommerce and select Status and Logs
Select the relevant date from the list
Click on View
Copy the content to a text file and save it under the right name
Repeat steps 2 - 4 for all recent dates for which you wish to receive logs
