You can request a balance statement by sending an email to support@viva.com from the email address registered with your Viva.com account.
If you are requesting a balance statement for a business account, include:
Full name and Business name (if applicable)
Registered phone number
Business Tax ID
Desired date for the balance statement (e.g. 28/03/2026)
If you are requesting a balance statement for a personal account, include:
Full name
Registered phone number
Desired date for the balance statement (e.g. 28/03/2026)
