How do I get a balance certificate for my account?

You can request a balance statement by sending an email to support@viva.com from the email address registered with your Viva.com account.

If you are requesting a balance statement for a business account, include:

  • Full name and Business name (if applicable)

  • Registered phone number

  • Business Tax ID

  • Desired date for the balance statement (e.g. 28/03/2026)

If you are requesting a balance statement for a personal account, include:

  • Full name

  • Registered phone number

  • Desired date for the balance statement (e.g. 28/03/2026)

We'll send updates about your request to the email address registered with your Viva.com account.
