How can I view all the transactions in my business account?

You can view your account transaction history directly from the Accounts section of your Viva.com account.

Step 1: Open your account

  1. Log in to your Viva.com account.

  2. Go to Accounts from menu.

  3. Select the account you want to review.

  4. Click Details.


Step 2: Choose the period to review

Select the date range or period you want to view.

Your transaction list will display basic transaction information, including details shown in the Description column.


Step 3: Use filters to find specific transactions

You can use Advanced Search and available filters to narrow your results.

Available filters may include:

  • transaction type,

  • amount,

  • customer details,

  • source,

  • and other transaction criteria.

View bank transfer activity

To check your bank transfer history:

  1. Log in to your Viva.com account.

  2. Go to Accounts.

  3. Select Bank Transfers.

If you cannot find a transaction or bank transfer, verify that:

  • you selected the correct account,

  • the correct date range is applied,

  • and the appropriate filters are enabled.
