A Beneficial owners are the natural persons, who directly or indirectly:
​

• hold at least 25% of the company shares and/or

• hold at least 25% of the voting rights in the above-mentioned company/partnership and/or

• otherwise exercise effective control over the assets of the company/partnership
​

B Beneficial owners are the Senior Management in case no direct or indirect beneficial ownership is applicable.
