If you wish to return the POS terminal that has been allocated to you with a monthly payment and stop the corresponding charges, you will need to submit your request in writing. This can be done either via chat after logging into your account or via email from your registered email address.
Your communication must necessarily include the model and serial number (SN) of the terminal you wish to return.
Please note that, according to Viva.com's Terms & Conditions, in case of termination of the monthly payment contract before completing the minimum duration of 24 months, you may be required to pay a termination fee. The responsible team will inform you about any applicable charges in a later communication.
If the return request arises due to the dissolution of your business, please attach the relevant business dissolution document when submitting your request to avoid incurring a termination fee.
In the case of a sole proprietorship where the business owner has passed away and the request for the return of the terminal and deactivation of the account is submitted by a third party, it is necessary to provide the death certificate.
Your communication should also include all the details of the registered customer, their business, and the requester, namely the full name and mobile phone number of the registered customer, the business name and VAT number, as well as the full name and contact mobile phone number of the requester.
