If your terminal suddenly shuts down or does not power on, follow the instructions below according to your model to identify and resolve the issue.
Important: When the terminal is connected to the charger, ensure the charger is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not into a power strip.
Android A77, A910, A920
Battery & Charger Removal:
Carefully remove the battery and charger.
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
Reconnect the charger and try to power on the terminal.
If it does not power on:
Try a different outlet.
If the terminal still does not turn on, contact customer support.
If it powers on:
Reinsert the battery.
If the battery is charging, let the terminal charge fully (100%).
If it does not charge, contact customer support.
Android A80
Charger Removal:
Disconnect the charger from the terminal for 10 minutes.
Reconnect the charger and try to power on the terminal.
If it does not power on:
Contact customer support.
Prolin D200, S900
Battery & Charger Removal:
Carefully remove the battery and charger.
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
Reconnect the charger and try to power on the terminal.
If it does not power on contact customer support.
If it powers on:
Go to: Menu > System > About and check the battery status.
If you see “Battery XX%,” contact customer support for further checks.
If you see “No battery,” check if the power light turns on and if the cable is in good condition. If the cable is damaged or the light does not turn on, contact customer support.

Reconnect the charger and try to power on the terminal.
