I have been charged a subscription which I have canceled. What should I do?

If you cancelled a subscription but are still being charged due to a previously authorised recurring payment:

Contact the merchant first

We recommend first contacting the merchant via email to request a refund.

Please keep a copy of your correspondence with the merchant, as it may be required if further investigation is needed.

If the issue is not resolved

If you are unable to resolve the matter with the merchant, please contact our Customer Support Team. We will work with you to collect the necessary transaction information and proceed with the dispute process.

For your security and to help prevent future recurring charges, we also recommend locking your card.

  • This process does not apply to Viva.com subscription plan charges.

  • Viva.com subscription plans are charged automatically according to your pricing plan and appear separately in your account's transaction history.
