Create a digital employee Viva.com card

You can easily create a new Digital Employee Card through your Viva.com account.

Before you start

Before a Digital Employee Card can be created, the Company Admin must first create a user account for the employee.

Create your Digital Employee Card

Once the employee user account has been created, follow these steps:

  1. Select Create Card.

  2. Select Digital.

  3. Select Confirmation Card Creation.

  4. In the pop-up window, enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

  5. Select Confirmation.

What happens next?

Your Digital Employee Card will be created successfully and will be available for use.
