The viva.com terminal app is a fully compatible digital terminal that adheres to the AADE protocols. Therefore, it can be registered in the AADE registry just like any other physical wireless terminal.

If you are using the viva.com terminal app on your Android device, it will be registered with AADE by viva.com, and you will receive an email notification from AADE once the update is complete.

You can view the status through your account by selecting Sales > Physical Payments > Terminals.

If required, you will need to upgrade your cash register within 30 days.
