Automatic Payouts lets you automatically transfer funds from your Viva.com account to an external IBAN or an internal wallet.
When Automatic Payouts is enabled, your available funds are transferred to your selected beneficiary while keeping the minimum payout amount you choose in your account.
Important
Transfer fees apply to each automatic payout transaction. You can find the applicable fees in your Viva.com account under Transfers & Payments fees.
What you can do with Automatic Payouts
With Automatic Payouts, you can:
Enable or disable automatic payouts
Add or select a beneficiary
Set the minimum amount to keep in your account
Choose how often payouts are made
View the date of your next scheduled payout
Enable or disable Automatic Payouts
Go to Accounts.
Select the account you want to manage.
Select Details.
Select Payout Settings.
Use the toggle to enable or disable Automatic Payouts.
Select Apply to save your changes.
Add or select a beneficiary
Select Enable payouts.
Select Add a Beneficiary Account.
Choose a beneficiary from the drop-down menu.
Set the minimum payout amount
The minimum payout amount is the amount that remains in your account before an automatic payout is made.
Go to the Minimum Payout amount field.
Enter the amount you want to keep in your account.
Change the payout frequency
Go to the Interval Select field.
Choose your preferred payout frequency from the drop-down menu.
Check the Next Payout field to see when the next payout is scheduled.
