When you complete your Viva.com account setup, you may choose to use Bank ID as part of the verification process.
If you choose this option, you will be redirected to the Finnish Bank ID or Bank ID website, where you can log in using your credentials.
Follow the instructions from your Bank ID provider. Υou will be asked to confirm that some of your personal details will be shared with Viva.com.
Return to Viva.com. When you have completed the Bank ID steps, you will be redirected to Viva.com, where you will be asked to consent to Viva.com receiving some of your personal information from Finnish Bank ID or Bank ID.
