The TBI bank payment method is available in Greece and allows customers to make purchases using the tbi bank portal. tbi bank offers two products to customers:
Buy Now Pay Later (split in 4):
The Buy Now Pay Later (split in 4) option is offered for purchases of up to and including 200 euros
The customer can pay in 4 interest-free installments with no additional fees
Financing:
Offered to purchases over 200 euros
The customer can pay in 3-60 installments

At the checkout, the customer chooses TBI bank as their preferred payment method:
The customer is then redirected to a TBI bank page where they can provide their details and review the payment information:
From here, the customer can complete their payment securely.

Merchant's account: Merchants do not need to have an account with TBI bank.
Payment method type: Asynchronous - payments are not confirmed immediately, it may take up to 5 days to receive payment confirmation. You need to set up webhooks to get notified for asynchronous payments
Refunds: Supports partial and full refunds via API - refunds can be performed up to 60 days from the confirmation of payment
Recurring payments: Not yet supported
Pre-authorizations: Not yet supported
0% Cashback: Not supported
MOTO: Not supported
Cancellation: Supports cancellation
Disputes: Not supported

Settlement: Regardless of when the customer pays (i.e. regardless of the payment method used, e.g. Financing, Buy Now Pay Later), customer payments are deposited the next day into your business account for confirmed payments / successful transactions (i.e. have statusId = F)
Cross-currency payments: Not yet supported
➡️ How to activate
Activation of this payment method is instant. Once activated, merchants will immediately be able to accept payments via ΤΒΙ bank.
Sign in to your viva.com account.
Click on Settings > API Access and scroll down to the TBI bank (Payment Method) section.
Click on the Enable TBI bank as a payment method button.
ΤΒΙ bank will be activated
If you would like to deactivate tbi bank, click on the Disable ΤΒΙ bank as a payment method button:
