Select the three parallel lines to enter the Menu.

Select "Refund".

Swipe the customer's card.

All transactions with this card will appear.

Select the transaction you want to refund.

Press the "Refund" option located at the bottom of the terminal's screen.

You can either manually enter the card number or swipe the card by selecting "Read Customer Card".

All transactions with this card will appear.

Select the transaction you want to refund.

Select "Menu" and then Cancel Transaction.

Select/Swipe the card on your terminal.

All transactions with this card will appear.

Select the transaction you want to refund.
