Viva.com Account's features

Your Viva.com account gives you access to features for managing users, accepting payments, managing cards and expenses, and viewing reports. Below, you can find how to access and set up these features.

Add users to your account

If other people, such as your accountant or staff members, need access to your account, you can add them as users.

You can add users through the Viva.com web platform:

  1. Log in to your Viva.com account.

  2. From the left-hand menu, go to Settings → Users.

  3. Select New User in the top-right corner.

  4. When creating the user, choose the appropriate permissions for their role.

Note: You can restrict each user's permissions based on their role. Learn more about setting or changing employee permissions.


Access your account

Once your account setup is complete, you can access your Viva.com account on the web or through the Viva.com app.

On the web

Follow the instructions for logging in to your business account.

In the Viva.com app

Download the Viva.com app from Google Play or the App Store, then log in from your mobile device.

Set up the services you need

Once your Viva.com account is activated, choose the relevant option below depending on how you want to use your account:

About your Viva.com Account and IBAN

  • Αll IBANs issued by Viva.com are Greek (GR), regardless of the customer's country of operation; (except UK, where local GB IBANs are assigned.)

  • Customers cannot select or request a local IBAN; (except UK, where local GB IBANs are assigned.)

  • Customers, regardless of the country of its operation, must declare the Viva.com account to the relevant authorities in accordance with the provisions of the applicable local legislative and regulatory framework.


View reports

Viva.com provides reports to help you review, monitor, and reconcile your payments, money transfers, and other account activity.

View sales transactions

  1. Go to Sales → Transactions.

  2. Select Advanced Search in the top-right corner.

  3. Use the available search options to find the transactions you need.

View other reports

Go to Sales → Reports to access available reports, including:

  • cleared transactions;

  • monthly financial statements;

  • invoices; and

  • card expenses.

You can also download CSV files for use with compatible ERP software.
