If the terminal cannot connect via GPRS/Mobile Data, follow these checks:
Supported Terminals:
Prolin S900, D200 (with serial numbers starting from 5B or 5D)
Android A50, A77, A910, A920, A920 Pro
Prolin S900, D200
Wi-Fi Connection Check:
If the terminal is connected to Wi-Fi, contact the SIM card provider for further checks.
If it is not connected to Wi-Fi, you will need to contact customer support for additional assistance.
If Using Viva Wallet SIM:
Try turning off the terminal, removing the SIM card, and reinserting it.
Turn the terminal back on and attempt to connect.
If there is still no connection, contact customer support for further assistance.
Android A50, A77, A910, A920, A920 Pro
Initial Activation:
Follow the initial steps as described in the menu, either for connecting via Wi-Fi or GPRS.
The first connection should not be made from the drop-down menu.
Mobile Data Check:
If the Mobile Data signal is not showing, go to the Vivawallet POS menu and select:
System -> Settings -> Network Settings -> Mobile Network -> APN
Fill in the Network Name and APN.
If there is no connection or you are unsure what to enter, contact your SIM card provider.
If Using Viva Wallet SIM:
For A77, A910, A920 Terminals:
Go to the menu and select:
System -> Settings -> Network Settings -> Mobile Network -> Mobile Network Settings -> Network Operators
Disable the automatic network selection option.
Select Search network and try connecting to each available network.
If there is still no connection, contact support for further assistance.
For A50, A920 Pro Terminals:
Go to the menu and select:
System -> Settings -> Network Settings -> Mobile Network -> Mobile Network Settings -> Advanced -> Network
Disable the automatic network selection option.
Select Search network and try connecting to each available network.
