If your available balance is lower than your total balance, this usually means that part of your funds are temporarily reserved or pending.
This is normal and can happen for several reasons.
Common reasons for balance differences
Your available balance may be affected by:
Bank transfers that are still processing
Card purchases that are pending completion
Sales transactions with temporary settlement holds
Transactions disputed by a cardholder and currently under investigation
Charges related to your active pricing plan or services (e.g. for unlimited free incoming transfers) that have already been reserved from the available balance.
Check your settlement speed
Some transaction amounts may remain temporarily unavailable depending on your settlement settings.

Understanding your balances
Balance type | Description |
Total Balance | The total amount in your account, including all processed and pending transactions (e.g. deposits, withdrawals, etc.). |
Available Balance | The amount currently available to use after reserved or pending amounts are taken into account (e.g. pending transactions or withdrawals). |
Why you may see a negative balance
In some cases, your account balance may become negative due to:
Subscription or pricing plan charges
POS terminal-related charges
Physical card monthly fees
Other applicable service charges
