From 1 June 2024, Viva.com introduced subscription plans. Existing customers were automatically assigned to the plan that best matched their business usage at that time.
When creating a new account, we recommend a subscription plan based on the information provided during registration. You can change your plan at any time as your business needs evolve.
Subscription plans are available based on how you accept payments:
Omni-channel – for businesses using multiple payment acceptance channels.
In-person – for businesses accepting payments through card terminals.
E-commerce – for businesses accepting payments online.

Minimum monthly invoice for Zero plans
A minimum monthly invoice of €4.99 applies.
If the total charges generated from your use of Viva.com products during a billing month reach €4.99 or more, no additional plan fee is charged beyond those usage charges.
The following charges count towards the Zero plan's minimum monthly invoice:
Fees for unlimited incoming bank transfers
Active Card Terminals & Website IDs
Viva Acquiring fee
Outgoing bank transfer fees
Additional user fees

Changing your subscription plan
The monthly subscription fee is charged on the last day of each calendar month.
You can change your subscription plan at any time:
Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrades take effect from the following calendar month.
