For every new customer, during account creation, we recommend the plan that fits their business profile best, based on the information provided during registration. The plan can be easily changed at any time to adapt to evolving needs.

If the total charges from the use of Viva products, within the billing month, reach €4.99 or more, no additional plan fee is applied beyond the usage charges.

Note: The monthly fee is charged on the last day of each calendar month. During a calendar month, the user is entitled to choose an upgraded package with immediate effect or a lower package that will be effective from the following month.
