To execute a transfer from your Viva.com account to a Viva.com business account:
Log in to your Viva.com account.
Select Send Money and then "To Business Account".
Enter the VAT number (Tax ID) or Wallet ID of the business, the amount, and a description for the deposit that the business will see, then click Transfer Money.
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your registered mobile phone within 10 minutes and click Continue.
The transfer is completed instantly.
To execute a transfer from your Viva.com account to a Viva.com personal account:
Log in to your Viva.com account.
Select Send Money and then "to Personal account".
Enter the recipient's mobile phone number and the amount you wish to transfer, then click Transfer Money.
You will receive a push notification on your registered mobile phone to authorize the transfer via the Viva.com Mobile App.
The transfer is completed instantly.
