This transfer method is available only to customers in Greece who hold a Personal Viva.com Account.
Before you can send money to a card, you must first register and verify the card in your Viva.com Account.
Register and verify a card
Log in to your Viva.com Account.
Select Send Money and then Send to Credit Card.
Select Add a new Card.
Enter the card details and select Add & Verify.
Complete the card verification process.
To verify the card, a small charge between €0.01 and €0.99 will be made to the card. Enter the exact amount in the verification field provided.
Note: The method for locating the verification amount is not explained in this article. Needs confirmation.
Send money to a verified card
Once the card has been successfully verified:
Select the verified card from the dropdown list.
Enter the amount you want to transfer.
(Optional) Add a description for the transaction.
Select Continue.
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your registered mobile number within 10 minutes.
Select Continue to confirm the transfer.
Processing time
Transfers to a verified card are completed within 2 business days.
