You can cancel an outgoing bank transfer only while it is still pending and has not yet been executed.
Cancel a pending bank transfer
Log in to your Viva.com account using a web browser.
Select Accounts from the left-hand menu.
Select Bank Transfers.
Locate the transfer you want to cancel in the transaction list.
Confirm that the transfer status is Pending.
Select Cancel.
Select Yes to confirm the cancellation.
Once the cancellation is successful, the transfer will not be processed.
When can a bank transfer be cancelled?
A bank transfer can only be cancelled during the period between submission and execution.
If the transfer has already been executed, it can no longer be cancelled.
I sent money to the wrong recipient or entered the wrong amount
If the transfer has not yet been executed, you may be able to cancel it by following the steps above.
If the transfer has already been completed, we may be able to submit a recall request. However, a successful outcome depends on the cooperation of the recipient's financial institution.
You may also wish to contact the recipient directly and ask them to return the funds.

I entered incorrect recipient account details
If the recipient account details are incorrect, closed, or do not exist, the transferred funds are generally returned automatically to your account.
When this happens, you will receive a notification on your Viva.com account homepage.
The return of funds typically takes up to 5 days.
Please note that additional charges may be applied by the recipient's financial institution or other involved parties during a transfer recall process.
