If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using your registered mobile phone number and registered email address.
Before you begin
Make sure you have access to:
your registered mobile phone number (to receive a verification code), and
your registered email address (to receive the password reset link).
Reset your password
Go to the Viva.com website and select Log in.
Select Forgot password?
Enter your registered mobile phone number and select Reset Password.
We'll send a password reset email to your registered email address.
Open the email and select the password reset link.
Create your new password and select Complete.
Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent by SMS to your registered mobile phone number.
Once your password has been changed successfully, you'll see a confirmation message.
We'll also send a confirmation email to your registered email address to let you know your password has been changed.
Important: If you exceed the maximum of three password reset attempts, you'll need to wait 30 minutes before trying again.
