You can update the mobile number registered to your Viva.com account from your account settings.
Before you begin: To complete this process, you must have access to your current registered mobile number to receive a 6-digit verification code by SMS.
Change your registered mobile number
Log in to your Viva.com account.
From the left-hand menu, select Settings > Profile.
Under Business Account Login Information, find your registered mobile number and select Change.
Enter the 6-digit verification code sent by SMS to your current registered mobile number, then select Continue.
Enter your new mobile number and select Verify.
Enter the 6-digit verification code sent by SMS to your new mobile number, then select Change.
Your registered mobile number has been updated. You can now sign in to your Viva.com account using your new mobile number.

I didn't receive the SMS verification code
If you didn't receive the 6-digit verification code by SMS, please click here.
I no longer have access to my registered mobile number
If you no longer have access to the mobile number you used during registration, please click here.
I want to change to a mobile number with a different country code
If you want to update your registered mobile number to a new number with a different country code, please send your request from your registered email address to support@viva.com. Our team will guide you through the process and assist you with updating your mobile number.
Note: Updating your registered mobile number applies to all Viva.com accounts associated with your personal information.
