Sign in to your Viva.com account and start a chat with us.
With a simple question about your current limits, you will instantly receive an update on:
Limit per outgoing bank transfer (Per-transaction)
Daily limit
The information is provided only if you have the appropriate role (Admin or employee user with the “Manage account” role). Check here for more information about roles.
Change Limits
Through the chat, you can change only the per-transaction limit.
The daily limit remains fixed.
Process:
Ask for the desired per-transaction limit stating the amount and the currency.
The AI assistant will ask you to confirm the amount.
After confirmation, the limit is automatically updated, and you will receive confirmation via email and push notification.
If your request cannot be completed at that moment, the AI assistant will connect you with a representative for further assistance and support.
