How can I modify my account limits?

You can check and manage certain outgoing bank transfer limits directly through the AI chat assistant in your Viva.com account.

Before you start

To view or change transfer limits, you must have one of the following roles:

  • Admin

  • Employee user with the “Manage account” role

Check your transfer limits

You can use the AI chat assistant to check:

  • Your limit per outgoing bank transfer

  • Your daily transfer limit

Steps

  1. Sign in to your Viva.com account.

  2. Open the chat assistant.

  3. Ask about your current transfer limits.

The assistant will provide your available limit information.

Change your transfer limit

  • Through the chat assistant, you can change only the per transfer limit.

  • The daily transfer limit remains fixed.

Steps

  1. Sign in to your Viva.com account.

  2. Open the chat assistant.

  3. Request the new per transfer limit and include:

    • the amount

    • the currency

  4. Confirm the requested amount when prompted by the AI assistant.

  5. Once confirmed, the limit is automatically updated.

You will receive confirmation by email and push notification.

If your request cannot be completed at that moment, the AI assistant will connect you with a representative for further assistance and support.
