Moving funds: Moving funds between wallets and bill payments

You can use your Viva.com account to move money between your Viva.com wallets. Customers with a Greek Viva.com account can also pay bills through Viva.com.

Pay bills - Greece only

Bill payments are available only through Greek Viva.com accounts.

You can pay bills such as electricity, water, telephony, and other supported services through the Viva.com app or web banking.

To pay a bill:

  1. Sign in to your Viva.com account.

  2. Select Pay bills.

  3. Enter the required bill payment details.

  4. Review the payment information.

  5. Complete the payment securely.

Move funds between Viva.com wallets

Viva.com accounts can have multiple wallets. Each wallet has its own separate balance.

To move funds between your wallets through web banking:

  1. Sign in to your Viva.com account through web banking.

  2. Select Send Money at the top of the page.

  3. Choose Between My Accounts.

  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the transfer.
