Viva.com sends to AADE all categories of commissions paid by the respective customer.
How frequently will invoices be issued and transmitted to AADE's digital platform?
Invoices are issued on the last working day of the month and cover the relevant commissions. They are transmitted to AADE by the second working day following their issuance.
When and where will invoices be available in the customer’s account through viva.com’s website?
Once the transmission to AADE is complete, within the first five days of each month, the documents will be available in your account under the section “Reports” > “Monthly Invoices.”
Are there amounts that are excluded and will not be declared for a given month on myDATA?
There is no exemption regarding this process. If a merchant has paid even €0.01 in commission, it will be transmitted to AADE.
If I had no income or received cashback in the previous month, what will be declared on myDATA?
Viva.com is obligated to transmit commissions you pay, such as withdrawal or deactivation fees, etc. If no commissions are incurred during the month, only then will no corresponding document be transmitted to AADE.
