The Viva.com Saver Account is a savings account that allows you to earn interest on business funds. You can easily create it through the Viva.com web platform or the Viva.com mobile app.
Create your Saver account through a web browser:
Log in to your Viva.com Account.
From the left-hand menu, select Accounts → Create new.
Choose Viva.com Saver from the available options.
Enter a name for your account.
Review and accept the terms of use and related documents.
Select Create account.
Your account is activated immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Create your Saver account through the mobile app:
Open the Viva.com mobile app.
Tap Accounts.
Tab the + icon in the upper-right corner.
Tap Select Account type.
Select Viva.com Saver from the available options.
Enter a name for your account and tap Continue.
Review and accept the terms of use and related documents.
Tap Continue to complete the setup.
Your account is activated immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Add money to your Saver account:
You can add funds through:
Internal transfer from another Viva.com account that you own.
Incoming transfer from another bank.
What you can and cannot do:
The Viva.com Saver Account is intended exclusively for saving funds.
It does not support:
Direct payments to third parties
Debit card issuance or usage
Outgoing transfers or payment services
Depositing money using a card
To use your saved funds, first transfer them to your primary Viva.com account or another wallet.
View your Saver account information:
From your Saver Account, you can view:
The Wallet Type
The Account Opening Date
The Available Balance
The Annual Interest Rate (hover over the information icon "i" to see more details about the calculation)
The Total Earned
Current month's daily amount calculation (when applicable)
Date of the next interest payment (hover over the information icon "i" to see more details about the interest)
