Monthly Invoices

As part of the electronic books (myDATA) framework, Viva.com issues electronic documents for monthly transactions and submits them to the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) within the prescribed deadline.

Merchants who have chosen to receive electronic notifications for new documents recorded in myDATA receive monthly informational emails from ESKAP. The attached monthly invoices concern charges that have already been settled and recorded in myDATA.

Merchants can also receive digitally the invoices issued and submitted by Viva to AADE by logging into their account and navigating to Reports > Monthly Invoices.

Note: If there are no recorded transactions for the selected month, the following message will appear: "No transactions were made on XX/XXXX. Please select a different month." (GR only).
