Monthly Invoices

As part of the implementation of Electronic Books (MyData), viva.com issues electronic documents for monthly transactions and submits them to the Tax Office (AADE) within the prescribed deadline.

Merchants can digitally access the invoices issued and submitted to AADE by viva.com by selecting the "Reports" > "Monthly Invoices" section from their Account.

Note: In case there are no recorded transactions for the selected month, the following error message will be displayed:

"No transactions were made on XX/XXXX. Please select a different month." (for GR only)
