Log in to your account
Log in to your Viva.com account and select Remote Identity Verification.
Use a device with a camera
You can use your smartphone, tablet, or computer. A smartphone may make it easier to capture clear images of your identification document.
Verify your phone number, if required
In most cases, you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) to confirm your phone number.
Provide your identification document and selfie
Follow the instructions to take photos of your ID, passport, or residence permit.
Make sure the images are clear and include both sides of the document where required.
You will also be asked to take a selfie to confirm your identity.
Submit your verification
Once you submit the required images, the system will check that they meet the necessary requirements.
If all requirements are met, the verification process can be completed within minutes.
➤ I do not have a camera on my computer. What can I do?
A camera is required to complete Remote Identity Verification.
If your computer does not have a camera, you can use another device with a camera, such as a smartphone or tablet.
