To obtain your IBAN certificate, follow these steps:
Log into your business Viva.com Account
Select "Accounts" from the menu on the left.
On the displayed screen, by choosing "IBAN Details" for the account you wish, you can download and print the IBAN certificate where you can find your IBAN and account number.
