How can I order a physical debit card and when will I receive it?

Card - General Info

You can easily and quickly order a new card exclusively through your browser (it is impossible to order through the viva.com app). The same process applies if you want to replace your card (expiration/loss/theft).

To complete your card order, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your viva.com account and select ''Create Card''

  2. Choose ''Physical''

  3. Confirm your ''name''

  4. Type or choose your ''address''

  5. You choose the delivery method (the only available method now is express courier delivery with €9,99 charge - 6 working days)

  6. Hit the ''Order'' button

To start the delivery process, the required amount must be available in your account.

When you select express delivery, you must fill in your phone number and email address. The supported card scheme is Mastercard.

Cards are shipped within up to 6 business days. To track the status of your order, go to your account’s homepage (via browser) and select ‘Order Details’. There, you can see the order date and the shipping address you provided.

Physical cards ordered after April 1, 2024, are charged a monthly fee of €2.99, starting on the 1st calendar day of the month following their activation date.

You can order one physical card every 15 days. There is no limit on how many physical cards you can order and activate.

How can I order an employee debit card?

Viva.com employee debit card orders can be placed only if you are the account administrator or a designated user who has been assigned card management privileges.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account to display your dashboard.

  2. Click on the Order button below the image of the viva.com debit card:

    The card ordering page is displayed.

  3. Select the employee's name who will receive the card or add the user to the list by clicking the "Add User" button

  4. Choose the delivery address of the card or add a new address to the list by clicking the "Add Address" button. Then click the "Order" button.

  5. Choose express delivery for €9,99 (you will be asked to enter your mobile phone in the required field) and click on the Order button

  6. Review the address information and click on Submit Order. A message is displayed confirming your order.

Physical cards ordered after April 1st, 2024, will be charged a monthly fee of €2,99 on the 1st calendar day after their activation date.

Alternatively, you can order an Employee card within your account by selecting:

  • From the main menu, choose Cards and then Order.

How can I track my card order status?

To follow the progress of your order via browser, go to the home page of your account and select "Order Details".

To track the progress of your order via the viva.com app, select "Home > Orders > Order Details", where you can track the order date and the shipping address you entered.


How do I cancel my business card order?

If you wish to cancel your business card order, you first need to check if the order charge has been completed by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your viva.com account.

  2. From the left menu, select Accounts.

  3. Locate the Primary Account and select Details on the right.

  4. Find the transaction with the description viva.com Card express activation fee.

If the charge has been completed, the order cannot be canceled.

If the charge has not been completed, you will need to contact us through chat for further assistance.
