How do I find my failed sales transactions?

In order to find your Sales Failed Transactions:

  1. Log in your viva.com account

  2. From the Sales Menu, select Sales Transactions

  3. Then select from Show Sales, the time period, and select Advanced Search

4. In the Remarks filter, select Failed and Search

To indicate the transaction you want, check:

  1. The date and time, as well as the amount of transaction and that

  2. in the Remarks column it says Failed

To find out why the transaction was rejected, check the Description field.
