You can upgrade, downgrade, or request a Custom Plan that best suits your business needs.
How to change your subscription plan
Sign in to your Viva.com account.
From the Main page, go to Settings > Subscription Plans.
Select Upgrade to open the plan selection page.
Choose the subscription plan you want, or select Custom Plan.
If you choose Custom Plan, our team will contact you to request any additional information required.
Note
Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
