DCC can lower your payment costs, as transactions made in the cardholder’s currency come with no additional fees.

In some countries, it is permitted to add acquiring fees to the transaction amount for certain cards. This means that the customer effectively pays the payment fees. Offline payments are transactions that are processed through the viva.com terminal app when the app is unable to connect to the internet. This could be due to a lack of internet connectivity or an unstable connection. When viva.com Terminal app is in offline mode, the transaction is stored locally on the device.
