You can create multiple wallets in your Viva.com account to help organise the money you receive from your payments. For example, you may wish to use separate wallets for different payment terminals or your online store.
Before you begin
Each wallet has its own balance.
Each wallet is assigned its own unique IBAN.
The same conditions and charges apply to additional wallet IBANs as to your primary account IBAN.
Wallets linked to accounts with a currency other than euro (€) cannot receive incoming bank transfers.
All Viva.com-issued IBANs are Greek (GR), regardless of the country where you operate.
Local IBANs are not available.
Create an additional wallet
You can create a new wallet using either web banking or the Viva.com app.
Through web banking
Sign in to your Viva.com Account.
Select Accounts.
Click Create new.
Select Viva Account as the account type.
Enter a name for your new wallet.
Click Create Account.
Through the Viva.com app
Open the Viva.com app.
Tap Accounts from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the + icon in the top-right corner.
Enter a name for your new wallet.
Tap Create.
Important
Wallets cannot be deleted after they have been created, even if no transactions have ever been made using them.
