How can I create an additional wallet in my viva.com account?

Viva.com supports multiple wallets per account, with each wallet having its own balance.

You can create multiple wallets in your Viva.com account to make it easier to manage the money you receive from your payments. You have the option to create a separate wallet to separate the payments you receive from each of your terminals or online store.

Each wallet has its own unique IBAN, in which the same conditions and charges apply as for the IBAN of the main (Primary) account. In countries where the official currency is not the euro (€), the IBAN is issued, but it is not functional. In all other cases, the IBAN can be used normally. Depending on the Payment Plan you have chosen, additional charges may apply. See our detailed price list for more information.

Create a wallet

You can create an additional wallet in your account in two ways:

Through web banking

  1. Select Accounts from within your viva.com account, and then click the Create new button

  2. In the account type select the Viva Account, fill in the name you want to give your wallet and then tap Create Account.

Through viva.com app

  1. Select your Accounts from the menu at the bottom of the screen

  2. Tap on the + sign in the top right

  3. Fill in the name you want to give your wallet and press Create

Note: There is no option to delete the additional wallets you have created, even if no transactions have ever been made in them.
