Deposit money with card is a new method that allows merchants to charge their viva.com account.
Only debit cards are accepted for Pay-in with card. Credit cards and anonymous prepaid cards are not allowed
Benefits of using Pay-in with card
Card pay-ins is convenient and instant
Helps the customer bypass the issues with incoming bank transfers that are caused by the absence of Local IBAN
Faster refunds in case of disputes: Card pay-in will facilitate faster refunds since it will allow the owner of the account to remove the negative balance in order to proceed with the refund. This can improve customer satisfaction (for both marketplace and sellers) by reducing the time customers have to wait to receive their refunds.
Pay-in with card fee
There is a fee of 1.9% + 0,10€ on the transaction amount. (The fee is 2,9% + 0,10€ for Ameican Express cards)
How to use Pay-in with card
Select Deposit money and click the By card option
Select the account you want to deposit the money , the Amount and add a Description (optional)
Fill in the necessary details and click Pay. You can also choose to pay with Google Pay
