Card Top-Up: Ideal for instant liquidity or small amounts.
Bank Transfer from another IBAN: The solution for frequent and large deposits (requires IBAN activation on your account).

To deposit/add money to your viva.com account, you should follow the instructions below:
Login to your viva.com account via a web browser.
Select the Deposit option on your Account homepage.
Click on Bank Transfer.
Select the account you want to deposit the money into.
Then, you need to provide to the originator the following account details:
The Βeneficiary Νame, as shown in the account details

Viva.com does not charge incoming transfers, therefore it is recommended to choose SHA (shared charge) and not OUR when transferring money from another account into yours.

Your account is credited instantly, with an additional charge of €1 on top of the deposit amount.
Select Deposit money, then choose Cash @ Viva Spots.
Enter the top-up amount and generate a Payment Code.
Visit the nearest Viva Spot, deposit the amount along with the payment code, and the amount will be credited to your account.
If you are a Viva customer, an OTP code will be sent to your mobile phone for confirmation. Otherwise, you must present an identification document.
There is a limit of €1,000 for single or consecutive transactions within 15 minutes.
This method is not available for sole proprietorships and freelancers.
For merchant payments into a viva.com account using cash, a deposit limit of €1,000 applies for non-customers depositing into a customer account, and a limit of €2,500 applies for payments between viva.com customers. The amounts include the applicable fee.
